A New Landmark for Modern Business & Commerce
Modern Business Center, the project represents one of the most significant commercial real estate deliveries in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia in recent years.
Vortex Group was appointed as the main contractor responsible for the full scope of works — from piling and structural concrete through to MEP systems, facade engineering, and premium interior fit-out of the ground-floor lobby, common areas, and basement car park across four levels.
The 48,000 m² of net leasable area was designed to accommodate a mix of corporate tenants, retail outlets, and F&B operators. The project was completed two weeks ahead of the contractual programme and achieved a defect-free handover with zero snagging items raised at practical completion inspection.
